A certified Pilates instructor, coach, and nurturer of your healing and wellbeing. My purpose is to help you keep your body strong, flexible, vibrant and healthy. You're never too young or too old to start Pilates.

My goal as your instructor is to guide you towards a healthy, inspired life by introducing you to the incredible world of Pilates, with a dedicated focus on helping you achieve your personal fitness milestones.

I've been dedicated to the world of Pilates and fitness since 2007. I hold a Master's Degree from the Academy of Physical Education in Kracow, Poland. My journey led me to Dublin, Ireland, where I completed Pilates teacher training with Balanced Body University. In 2015, I undertook a transformative Classical Pilates training program at The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO, further enhancing my expertise in the field. I recently earned a Master Program Certificate from The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO.

In addition to my contagious passion for Pilates, I am deeply involved in continuing education within strength training, functional movement and a healthy lifestyle. Actively seeking opportunities for growth, I am dedicated to staying informed about the latest in fitness, rehabilitation, and well-being. This ensures that I can consistently provide effective and up-to-date guidance for everyone I work with.

When I'm not in the studio, I'm out enjoying outdoor adventures with my dog Misiu, and you'll often find me mountain biking, dirt biking, or engrossed in a self development book.

My goal is to challenge my clients both physically and mentally, helping them forge new, deeper connections within their own bodies. Join me on a journey to discover the full potential of your wellness and fitness.
